hi all. I have installed 10g on windows xp machine. Before installation i did not configure network IP address.
Enterprise Manager was working fine before, but when I configured the machine for network use, by giving and IP of 192.168.xxx.xxx and computer workgroup in My Computer Properties,
the Enterprise Manager does not start now..

Can any one help me to correct the problem.? sql plus is working fine.

After changing IP address, see that in Listener.ora also changed.
Restart / Reload the listener. Stop and start dbconsole. Then Try.

You need to recreate your EM repository after chaning the IP address using EMCA utility..
