here i want to create logical standby database using cold backup

when i want to open my logical standby database beloved error come.

SQL> alter database open resetlogs;
alter database open resetlogs
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00344: unable to re-create online log
'/newdata/app/oracle/oradata/EASTLEG/redo03.log'
ORA-27086: skgfglk: unable to lock file - already in use
Linux Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable
Additional information: 8

here /newdata/app/oracle/oradata/EASTLEG/ is path for primary dataabse log file.
i want standby redo in /newdata/app/oracle/oradata/EASTLEG/ path.

tell me how to create logfile for standby database ESTLG_LS.

Are you creating the standby on the same box?

Did you set LOG_FILE_NAME_CONVERT ?

yes
this is the error
this error is solved now.

but the new error which i get is i start my logical standby database and get archive in logical standby folder means
in /u02/app/oracle/admin/ESTLG_LS/arch/

get all archived log but in V$archived_log that archived_log not display why?
what is the problem over there.
