Perhaps we could ask David to wear a miner's helmet (it's Winter in Australia, after all), and - instead of a lamp - mount a camera. He'd then shoot all his form triggers, use of built-ins etc. and make double money.

As of the original question, unfortunately, I wouldn't know any video of this kind.

this site contains many Oracle tutorial videos lesson by lesson.

Select the category you want and watch the flash video and practice.

This could be a good start
