you will need to make changes in the frmweb.cfg file. search for it in you developer suite or application server(if you are using application server)

Thanx Mudabbir,
I have found the formsweb.cfg file but can u tell me which parameters do i need to change exactly. I have already set the height and width to 100%. What other changes do i have to make in this file in order to hide those to bars or either change their colour??

I believe the colour is a function of the windows environment, not the forms environment. The forms environment is for changing the colours inside the window.
