In which section of a PL/SQL block is a user defined exception
waste?

A. Heading
B. Executable
C. Declarative
D. Exception handling

What does the question mean? And why the answer is B?

This is a practise question in ActualTest for 1Z0-001. I think it was wrote in English.

Hi I found what the problem was:

The question should be

“In which section of a PL/SQL block is a user defined exception raised?”

I am sorry about this false question. You know what, this misspelled question indeed can be searched out from Google. Wish people can find out this post next time when they search this false question.
