I create MS access query (connect to oracle table) and compare performance with same MS access query with MS SQL table (same table size). Why performance of the first is slower thant the secend more than 5 times?

How can I tune performance between MS Access with Oracle table (MS access call Oracle table via ODBC and use table link at MS Access).

Please advice
Thank you in advance

What is 2 layer for tuning?

It can be slower/faster/same time it depends on so many things.
No general answer just specific on each case.
