Sure this isn't an academic assignment of some sort? Doesn't sound very likely...

What do people who've been in the company live on if they're paying 100% of their salary in pension contributions??!?!

Any solution would be based around an "if" statement, I would assume...

eg.

IF l_service ELSIF l_service ELSIF l_service ELSIF l_service ELSE l_percent := 100;
END IF;

Not going to do your homework for you, though, so I'll stop there!
