Do you know which is the best Microsoft SQLServer or Oracle ??
What are the pros and cons ??
and what are the diffrent ??
Can you explain more detail about this ?
Are there any independent website that disccus the different between Oracle and Microsoft SqlServer ?

There are a lot of factors needs to be considered.
1) size of application
2) type of application
3) requirement, is your system needed to be 24X7
Do you like the blue-screen all the time?
4) Platform (UNIX, VMS, NT, AIX, etc)
sorry, SQLServer runs on NT only.
There is a lot of research papers around, just go to the net and surfing.
