Hi Michel, I'm having some trouble in tying my shoes. Any chance you could do it for me. In addition, should I put my trousers on before or after I put my shoes on? (Oh, and if you could point me in the direction of my keyboard, that would be really helpful)

I got the point. But I am new to this ReSA. Now I walkthrpogh
the documents. But I didn't get clearly. If I have the Bacth Overview document then it is easy for me to gain good knowledge. That's why I asked you people to helpout in this regards...

And I guess the same goes for your previous request for documentation?

What do you think is true:
a) Michel has a stack of every possible documentation available
b) Michel searches for the docs he needs when/if he needs them

If you think a) is the correct answer, sit tight and wait for Michel to send you the requested doc.
If, however, you think b) might be closer to the truth, it might be a good idea to crank up your searching skills.
