This is a 6 Month Contract to hire which will go permanent at 6 Months and is located here in Phoenix, Arizona.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
•5-8 years professional experience in software development focused on required skills.
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
•Work under minimal supervision. Independent judgment and the ability to mange own priorities and projects, as well as lead projects.
•Highly skilled with extensive proficiency. Works on complex projects. May assist and mentor less-experienced team members.
•Excellent communication and analytical skills.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple quickly changing and competing priorities.
•Debugging and Unit Testing.
•Methodologies: SDLC, CMM, Agile, Deployment and Configuration Management.
•Source Code Control: SourceSafe, Subversion.
•Software Design and Architecture standards.
Application Focus
•Web-based development technologies: IIS, ASP, ASP.Net, AJAX, VB, C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML. Java and related environment a plus.
•N-Tier Architecture: Web services, Windows services, SOAP, Security best practices.
•Database: Relational Database, Oracle, SQL.
•Reporting Tools: Crystal Reports, Active Reports.
