When i create a manual database how to create service? For example in Windows i create like "oradim -new -sid DBname'. In Linux how to create a service as well as password file?

In Linux you don't need to create a service

Just create a parameter file and start the instance using that file.

SQL>startup nomount pfile='your_parameter_file';

To create password file, use orapwd utility
