Hi,

Anybody know why showing at the status bar "3 records applied and saved" instated of "2 records applied and saved". 2 means 1 for Header and 1 for Detail.

Please help me how I change status bar.

Thanks in advance.

Status bar only shows how many record(s) are inserted to
database(doesn't consider master / detail).

To remove status bar, set consol window property to "null" of Form Module Properties.

Oracle isn't known to lie about these things so I can only assume that 3 records were applied to the database rather than the 2 you assume. So you need to work out what record you've misssed.

Gee, a JPG of 1.5 MB ... can't you make it smaller? It takes ages to load!

I suspect that the third record is the one on a canvas (I guess it is a canvas) below the foremost one. It has a value of "AA 5374645" painted blue on the image.

P.S. @manob: you know what? Don't post BMPs renamed to JPGs, just because you are lazy to actually save the image in an acceptable format. BMPs are way too large. This time I did that for you. Next time I'll just remove it, and keep doing that until you post it as everyone else does.

Hi,

My problem is when I save it save in detail table 1 record(which one I tick) and in header table it update waybill amount, complete flag and last update date so on.

so in this circumtenses in status bar showing "2 records applied and saved", but status bar showing "3 records applied and saved". If it showing in tabular 522 records after pressing view button and select only one or five records and i save, status bar showing "523 records applied and saved", but in detail table insert only one or five (which i tick) records and update in header table.

Pls. help me.

Sorry that I have been so long in replying. Have you solved your problem?

Commit the changes in your header when you leave that block. You can manipulate the 'system.message_level' to make that save 'hidden'.
