Frm-92100 error coming in while using form in applications server [message #443284]

Hi All,
I am getting an error of FRM-92100 while clicking a button in any form using Oracle 9ias application server.The connection with the server lost after this message .

Sorry that I have been so long in replying. Have you solved your problem?

Is this a new form? Has the Application Server been changed? What is different 'today' to 'yesterday'? What have you changed in the Form or the environment in which it is running?
