how to parse paramlist type variable
to get names of the fields and their values in the paramlist?

Do you mean :
after building/filling a PARAMLIST you want to call a FORM or REPORT,
and then "get names of the fields and their values in the paramlist" in the called FORM/REPORT ?

In this case you have to create, in the Objectnavigator,
Parameters with the same name an datatype as in the parameterlist.
