Hi Dear,
can any one guide me about OCA certification exam.
i have cleared OCA-I(IZO-007) exam with 90% score in jul-2009 but after long time now i want to do clear the OCA-II(IZO-047).
can any one tell me the validation period of certification.
how does time after this certification can be continue.??

1Z0-007 isn't any sort of qualification, it was just the old starting point for both the DBA and Developer tracks. Forget it.
1Z0-047 is a self-contained qualification, "SQL Certified Expert". They aren't connected. I don't know what you mean by OCA-I and OCA-II.
Go to http://education.oracle.com/certification and you'll find all you need to know.

Are you trying to give some extra work for moderators?..

If someone is telling you go and search do it first! if any doubt then post it.
