I'm using a tutorial which is showing a previous version of APEX where a right click on the textfield name will give the option to create a validation. In my version 3.2.1, I'm finding it impossible to locate. I went to the edit page, down to the items region, clicked on a textfield and searched but can't find any section named CREATE VALIDATION.

I want to do something like ensure a textfield receives no nulls or probably to insert a regular expression. Could someone guide me into finding the place to put this in?

I don't have Apex 3.2 any more, so I switched my 4.1 to a component view.

Validations are created here:
