Hi,
I have to export an ORACLE database directly to a magnetic tape in Windows NT operating system. I found a lot of solution for this problem in UNIX. Unfortunately I couldn't find any solution for this problem for WIndows NT OS. If anybody knows the answer please inform me. This is an urgent matter. If there is no mechanism for direct exporting to tape then tell me the alternate way

You can not export a database directly on a tape drive. You first must export the database to your local hard disk and then use a backup programm like NTBACKUP to write it on a tape.
