Hi please i would like to know if there is any graphical utility by oracle that can be used like the navigator in personal oracle 7/8

I am trying to use it on oracle 8i rel 3.
It is a bit of a pain in the ass trying to create users on command line

Do a search on www.google.com and you will find good sites that will give you a FREE Oracle developers tool

como instalo oracle navigator, se instala al instalra personal oracle
