I would like to use IMP/EXP utility of 8.1.6 or higher on 7.3 Database Version. Please let me know, is there any way to do so.

Will creating 8.1.6 views in 7.3 will solve. I am trying the same. Let me know, if there's better way to solve this issue.

To go from 8.x to 7.x you have to run $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catexp7.sql in the 8.x database as SYS. Then use the 7.x export utility against the 8.x database.
