problem here i encounter is that
for a dat file having record length more than 200 character is not loaded an comes out giving message
sqlldr -523 error -2 unable to write (filename.bad)
if some record is bad than this error occur.
otherwise it pass through without any error.
same file is loaded through NT SERVER BUT unable to do in UNIX server. we have sco unix having version 7.1.0.

please suggest me how to ovwercome from this problem.

Have you checked permissions on the directory and made sure the user doing the load has read/write access?
