For most of Windos programming, like below
E.g Deplhi(has own databse connection engineer),VB and so on.
These tools are using ODBC to connect to other database. I think Foxpro should be able to connect to Oracle if it is able to support ODBC. ODBC is database connecting engineer for Microsoft product.
