Not sure what is causing this. Any help would be apprieciated. I have two instances installed on solaris. Each instance on different ports (one at 1521, the other at 1494) The database starts and the listeners works. Everything starts but when I reboot the machine, the listener on port 1494 does not start. If I goto the lsnrctl and type "start <listener name>", the instance starts-up. Prior to starting the listener, I ran a status and get this:
TNS-01103 Protocol specific component of the address is incorrectly specified

Is there something else using the port? Is the listener being started twice somehow? What does the log say?
