Can anyone answer my question in SQL Loader !!!

I am converting data from Sybase to Oracle. I BCP'ed the data from Sybase using "&#124". Some of the sybase columns are datetime and stored like
"Mar 13 2002 12:02:51:000PM" . Can any one help me out how to convert this to Oracle in the Control file.

thanks in advance.

if you can use oracle migration workbench, it automatically takes care of the conversion. And there seems to be no problem with oracle in dealing your format. just make sure that the concerned date column in oracle is defined with the same dateformat.
