Very Urgent. Please tell me the best mode of transfer from flat files to oracle 9i. I know we can load it from comma seperated, quoted string comma seerated, fixed width and all that. I will have to load huge datafiles running to couple of gigs each. I want to know the best mode and the one with less issues. Like I know, if i use fixed width, it might increase the size of the load and stuff.
Please let me know asap. BTW, Can I use tab seperated with sqlloader?

Tnx. But my question is more towards, which is the best delimeter that i can use, as using just comma, might be a problem, if the data has comman in the comment for example. So is using tab the best or comma, with quoated strings the best option and so on....

i beleive all are same(which ever delimiter you use), with respect to performance.
