I run Oracle 9i on Windows XP. I just recently installed Oracle 9i Developer Suite and now my database configuration assistant does not work. Any help appreciated.

try to call the dbca from the command prompt
usually it is .bat file name dbassist.bat in $ORACLE_HOME/bin
