Hi

I am installing a new 8i v8.1.7 db on windows 98 machine manually. I am at the point of running a sql script to create the new database. I created instance identifier and initSID.ora file.

The next step is to run the oradim command to create
the service on NT...is oradim also run on Windows 98?
It generates a kernel32.dll error so I assume oradim
is incompatable with windows 98.

so my question is:
what do I do after I have logged into
C:> SQLPLUS /nolog ?
