Hi i am using sql loader to load records from a data file into an oracle data base.In my data file batch there are 38000 records and sql loader is only reading 4000 records!Not in sequence but randomly please can you help me out? Thank you!

there might be N reason.
pls post your oracle,sql*loader versions and if possible, the controlfile and part of datafile(which is skipped) too
