Hi everybody
I have oracle 8i installed on win2000 server, any body plesase tell me the code how to send message to client terminal thro' oracle 8i using dbms_sql package

Is not so easy ...
U can publish a message ... but the client can explicitly read it ... So U can't send admin messages if client don't wait for it .. use package DBMS_PIPE.SEND_MESSAGE and DBMA_PIPE.RECEIVE_MESSAGE

use net send instead ...
