i am trying to load text data from developer 2000 form.
but can't. can you help me about PL/SQL or DDE code.

You can try using the host command and calling sqlldr.
See documentation for sqlldr(sql loader) for help.
Host command calls the OS executables through form.
I am sure this will help.
