HELP!

Here is the situation. I have an access 2000 frontend using ODBC linked oracle8i tables. Most of the front end application works with out error however front end queries that are large and more complicated fail to execute and generate the following error.

Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time Error '3360' Query is too complex.

My queries that are 'too complex' are unions between 7 tables. I am wondering if there is a way around this error. Also wondering if Access is unhappy because of the number of tables in the query or maybe the number of bytes in the raw sql.

After trying the same query using TOAD without error I am convinced that the error is on the access side or ODBC.

The queries worked properly when the data was in Access tables.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
