Hi All

I have a databse with 3 schemas
The 3 schemas are used for testing and reporting purposes

I need to transfer data from the production to the backup to one of the schemas

so far I am using imp/exp , but imp/exp takes lot of time as some of the tables are huge

Is there any other way to speedup this process?

Thanks in advance

Manohar

usually export and import is the simplest way.
May be, u can look into tuning ur export import process.

if you are using oracle8.1.6,maybe you can increase JAVA_POOL_SIZE parameter,it is a bug in oracle8.1.6
