I want to upload only the records in which the
the 2 date column values are like this

date_column1 > date_column2

I tried using the above condition in the When clause of the control file, but the Loader is giving syntax error on that line, saying Illegal combination of non-alpha numneric characters.

Is there any other way to conditional upload for a scenario like above
