I have several databases running on my machine,I want to export one of those, but when I use the "exp" utility ,I really don't know which database i have exported,i checked the parameters of "exp" command ,it doesn't have a parameter something like "database =" or "@databasename" ,can i assigned a source database when i use the "exp" command?
also ,can i assigned a destination database(different from the database from which data being exported) when i use "imp" command?

thanks

you can use a TNSConnectString for both Imp and exp.
like

exp userName/passCode@connectString
