please help me to create a repository for use Oracle Designer9i on my local machine with Win2000, Oracle9i -Database, Oracle9iDS.

Dear sir
It is a long proccess,and before installing repository you shoul do some preinstalation tasks(creating some tablespaces and more) there are 5 scripts that they do these activities for you ,I can suggest you to read an html document included .
