carry forward total to 2nd page [message #88405]

Hi,
I am trying to carry forward total of 1 page to another page in oracle report builders. so that second page has total of 1st and 2nd page.

any solutions ?

Ram/Sunaina,
Can somebody help me out in printing the Carry forward total to 2nd page ? I am facing the same problem and findng difficult to achieve it in Report Builder.

Any suggesstions welcome.

Follow this procedure

1) Create one summary column :
Function : Sum
Break at Page

2) Create another summary column :
Function : SUm
Break at Report

3) Create a formula column :
do second summ function-first summ function

Thanks - though we tried this, we didnot get the desired result as the formatting of the output is done in OPTIO. So we are doing this bit of operation in OPTIO.
