Hi,

My Pro*C program was running well until today, when it started giving an error Ora -3114/3113 (not connected to ORACLE/end-of-file on communication channel) while executing in the production environment. Strangely the same executable when running in my RND database does not give this error, instead it gives an ora-1458 (invalid length inside variable character string)which can be handled programatically.

Does anyone know why I have two different errors although everything is the same except the databases?
