Hi everyone.
I am a junior Oracle Application Consultant and would like to know if there are standard QUESTIONNAIERS Template (per module) to ask the client in order to gather information so that a well informed decision acan be made?

If you have the AIM Documents the questinnaires documents name RD020 that contents the all questionnaires you need

Unfortunately i do not have AIM Docs, I , however tried to search on metalink for them but in vain. If anyone has them Pls send them to me.
