Hello,
I am trying to invoke report runtime by using rwrun.exe in the Oracle Developer suite 10G. When I double click on rwrun.exe file it does not do any thing. Anybody has any idea why? Am I missing something?

Dear,
There is no need to open report run time coz it work only with (.rpt) extention usually with prev. version or Oracle report like 6i etc.
In 10G there is no rpt extension.Totally web based Senerio.
Only RDF extension is used for paper view and it's directly callable from menu and against some button in Forms.I have done this.
And other report ext. is JSP which is callable for web.
I think u understand it.

Hi Ahmad,

I'm new in report 10g. Hope you can clear my doubts.

So how to run the compile report .rep in report 10g if the rwrun.exe does not allowed to do so ?

hi:
i have a problem when running report as html , the performance is very slow, it was faster when i use version 6 developer
but now i'm using 10g suite and it is very slow,so is there any way to run the report in the runtime (rdf) as it was in developer 6 (all my reports i called from a form)
please reply me
