i keep getting this message.

anyone knows why and what to do to stop this error ??

I am not an expert in Data guard but i feel that this is the documented behavior.

Look here http://www.lc.leidenuniv.nl/awcourse/oracle/server.920/a96653/standbyreco.htm

and search the message i.e. ARC0: Archive destination LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2: Previously completed.

Are you facing any real time problem also? Or is it just proactive monitoring?
