Hi,

I am trying to send printer codes from Oracle Reports but just can't get it to work.

I set up printer codes in the .prt file in UNIX

code "123" esc "E" esc "%-12400X" esc "(0Q" esc "(s0p8.00h8.8v0s0b0T"

I then tried to reference this code from the Oracle Report in the "Printer Code Before" with '&123'

However, all it does is print out the printer codes as it is.

-12400X(0(s0p8.00h8.8v0s0b0TQABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

I then tried to modify the .prt file by putting the printer codes directly after 'Before Report' and this works! However it will affect the entire report but I only need it to work for one or two lines in a report.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks,
Chuan
