How will i enter multiple Values in parameter form [message #176818]

I have two parameters
First Name and last Name which is coming from single column Name from DataBase
I want to Enter Multiple FirstName and Multiple LastName at a time like
First Name :john,Smith,Jack,Carolene,Linda
Last Name :Smith,Polaski,Chinna,Philips

Dear

Call the report from the form is better when there is such sort of situation.

For the selection of the first name and last name you can use the picklist library which is provided by oracle in forms6i demo.
