Error printing report to HP Laserjet 5 [message #179011]

Hi everyone,

I got this error "RWRBE60.exe has caused an error..." whenever I print my generated report to HP Laserjet 5. I searched the Internet and it seems that this is a known problem. One of the solutions I tried was to firstly set default printer to an old printer(eg. HP Laserjet 4) and then print the report to Canon IR2270. This worked for me but if I print to HP Laserjet 5, the error is still seen.

I do not know the version of my Oracle Report.

I welcome any solutions or reasons. Thanks.
