Hi all,
we want a custom form for doing notes attachment.
this as i have understood can be done through the fnd_documents and its supporting tables.
we need to figure out which sequence apps uses to generate the ids used in these tables.
say in fnd_documents we have a document_id .. from which sequence this id gets generated ???
similarly the media_id in fnd_documents_long_text
and attached_document_id in fnd_attached_documents.

Generally, ID columns come from a sequence with the same name as the base table.
Check for FND_DOCUMENTS_S and FND_DOCUMENTS_LONG_TEXT_S
