Hi People
For a person who has completed his MBA -finance done his Oracle Financials Course and total work exp of 5 years in IT field including 2.5 years as a END USER in Oracle applications and now trying as Functional Consultant.. how can he get in as Oracle Functional Consultant in Implementation. Since most of the companies ask for atleast 1 full implementation cycle. OR please suggest how to gain the implementation experience or other areas in Financials..
