I am using Oracle 9iDS Report Builder.
I have a report in Arabic, when i run it as a paper layout, all the arabic characters appear correct whether the numbers or letters.
But Once I run the REPORT as a WEB LAYOUT, the Arabic letters appear in English letters, it doesn't appear as fuzzy characters, it appears normal ENGLISH LETTER with brackets between the letters.
There is no problem with the browser and i am sure of the Language settings of Oracle are correct.
I don't know what to do.
NOTE: when i run the same arabic form it runs correctly in arabic, accepts and retrieves, the characters right.
