RMA With Reference to a SalesOrder
Hello,
I have created one RMA referencing it to a SalesOrder which is not yet picked/Shipped.
In an Ideal Business Scenario, A customer would return the Item when he finds it defective or unsatisfactory.
So my Question is does Oracle support the functionality of --not allowing to receive the items(into Inventory) on the RMA until and unless the referenced SalesOrder is Shipped out.
I have tried this out and Oracle is allowing to receive the RMA without even shipping the referenced SO.
Just wanted to confirm this from OM experts
