Hi Rajesh

Purchase Order is a document given by the organisation to a supplier stating the item they need to buy, how much qty, with the payment terms and at wht time they require the item.

Invoice is nothing but a Bill given by the supplier to the buying organisation for the item they sold.

Hope this is helpful.

Thanks & Regards
Merlin Rajesh
