General Ledger - Error APP-FND-00668 while Compile Accounting Flexfield [message #220846]

I create 3 definitions for accounting flexfield and attach valuesets to them. However, when I compile them, the following error occurs. Pls help in determining what it is and how i can solve it.

APP-FND-00668: The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. Inform your system administrator that the function: FDFRKS could not find the structure definition for the flexfield specified by Application = &APPL, Code = GL# and Structure number = 52733 (APPID=101)

--------------------------------------------------------------

FDFBKS: REQUIRED constraint specified for the GL_ACCOUNT qualifier is not satisfied

It looks like you have not defined the Flexfield Qualifiers for the account segment.

If you have defined flexfield qualifiers properly, then try the solution defined in Metalink Note:239703.1.

I specified the flexfield qualifier for Account segment and the compile went through fine.
