Hai
I need Help for Cross Sell
I had proceed for Cross Sell following steps in Oracle marketing version 11.5.10.2
I had setup for imarketing and istore.
A: iMarketing Setup
----------------
1. Create a Rule Set with content type Product
a. Click on Posting tab
b. Go to Rule Set, click on Create button
c. Define a Rule Set with the following:
Content Type: Product
Rule Condition: Visitor Type --> Anonymous
Content Selector: Product --> Cross Sell for Productsbeing viewed.
2. Create a Posting using one of the product stylesheets (e.g. ibaprod4.xsl)
Link the Rule Set you created above to the Posting
iStore Setup

3. Set up Cross-Sell Relationship in Merchant UI
a. Enter Merchant UI
b. Click on Relationship tab
c. Click on Cross Sell Link
d. Under Mapping rules, click on Add Rules button
e. Set the Cross Sell relationship for the product ofyour choice.
i. Select the product by checking theSelect checkbox against the
product name/hyperlink
ii. Click on the arrow (<) for From List and (>) for the To list.
iii. Click on the Done button.
Note: When product A is viewed, the image and the recommendation text for product B should be displayed in the product detail or shopping cart or any page of the user choice. Product Recommendation cannot be displayed on the Home Page.
The FROM product is also referred as product A and TO product as product B.
Example: Buy product A and get product B at 10% discount.
4. Enter Posting ID in JSP
a. Edit the ibecpstg.jsp (for new UI -> ibeCCtpPostingI.jsp) file as follows:
Example: To have posting display on item page:
Integer itemPostingId = new Integer(<Posting ID>); posting id for item detail page
5. Bounce Apache
Profile options: IBE:USE CABO UI set to YES
IBE:USE WEBPLACEMENT set to YES
Customization the ibeCCtpPostingI.jsp to give posting id.
All steps performed well.
But not display in istore.
My Doubts
1. Integrating jsp was empty (ibapstng.jsp)
2. Do not get the PostingID in icluded jsp from ibeCCtpPostingI.jsp
3. I don't know the set web placement
Please please reply with correct solution .
