Dear All,
I am Sarang Deshpande. I have done Oracle Certification as Oracle Forms Certified Professional and Oracle Certified PL/SQL Developer. I want to do a project containing Forms and Reports so that I get knowledge about the transaction flow of Forms and Reports . I have queries regarding the project. Please provide solution.
1) What is the difference between the projects in Forms6i and Forms9i?
2) What are the benefits of using Forms & Reports in project over other frontend technologies such as Java, .net, Crystal Reports?
3) What types of project performed using Forms9i and Reports9i? Please provide some examples so that I can have an idea.

Please Help me its urgent

1.By default, when you want to run(deploy) form9i forms we should have application server(oracle 9i) configured on it.
It means that we cannt run forms9i without application server configured .
To run form6i we dont need any application server by default as it is a client server technology.But we do have feature to
run form6i in web browser.
i.e, to run form6i in web browser we should have configured appache(http) server running on our database which comes with

3.As I am Working on a Finacial Domain So I would like to go with a Finacial Domain Oracle can be Develop for every Domain Like media,ERP,Banking...Currently Finacial and Insuarance Doamin is Hot in Market...Then I suggest you to go with that.
